Carmelas Italian Restaurant in Reidsville

Food was decent. I got a personal pizza and the salad bar. Salad bar didn’t have a huge variety. They wanted to charge extra for a side of ranch when I was already paying for it on the salad bar, which I thought was a bit much.

Horrible customer service, get your order wrong, can’t find your ticket to even know what you ordered, no receipts, overpriced, condescending manager and then the food was subpar at best! Do Not waste your money! Bona’s is Much better in taste and in price!

A staple in the Reidsville community. We have a lot of food catered at work through Carmelas. I've never had anything I didn't like. The staff is friendly, the menu is versatile, and service is completed in a timely manner.

Best place in town for authentic NY/NJ pizza! Great people!

steak And cheese bread was soggy, large order of hot chips was enough to feed my 2 year old... for 30$ palease

Facility is MUCH, MUCH CLEANER!!! Service is MUCH, MUCH nicer, professional. Very obvious that there is new management. Food is always hot...great weekly deals. Need better hours of operation.

Growing up, I loved when my parents decided that it was pizza night-which meant Carmelas. It is seriously the best pizza I’ve had, and I’ve been all over the world (NAVY). The staff was always so friendly and the pizza made in an expeditious manner. I heard that there’s new management there now, so when I can get back to North Carolina, I’m going to try it again to see if it’s just as yummy as it used to be.

One of the best Pizza places I have ever eaten at....and the size of the pizza is crazy BIG. Great and attentive staff and good selection of food and drinks for the price.

Went for first time, take out, was delicious. Tried baked spaghetti and manicotti. Great bread and salad as well. Family was HAPPY.

Dry sub.. Ask for extra mayo looked as if it was just packed on meat. Ask for hot sub it was a. Cold.

We just ate here for takeout during quarantine.Best food I have had yet the 6 dollar burger combo was outstanding cheese pizza was great, stromboli way great. Grilled chicken salad was perfect. Definitely a must try place

Very good little Italian eatery. My family and I really enjoy the salad bar and the "spicy" sausage pizza. (it's worth a try) They also have great subs! The only drawback is that their hours are not consistent. We have tried to visit before and found the place closed. I would definitely call ahead!

Pretty helpful and polite staff. I came thru for the pizza, to compare to Bonas honestly. Overall, great tasting pizza. Fabulous job on the sauce and the crust! Only complaint is that it was a bit greasy. Which made the cheese slide off and the crust floppy. Will be returning to try out other menu options!

I got the Gangster Sandwich which was messy but good! Its $6 and then an extra charge of 2.75 if you get fries and a drink (though I actually wasn't charged for my combo, just the sandwich. Thanks Makayla lol). They have Pepsi products (and they got that good ice, haha). They also have Beer and Wine. My waitress, Makayla, was nice. She checked on me quite often and I was greeted as soon as I sat myself. My only complaint is how long I had to wait for my food which was almost half an hour. But hey, it's not fast food so no biggie. Oh and the fries were nicely seasoned and crispy! Thank you, Carmela's(:

I spent over 50 dollars on 4 pizzas asked for parmesan packets they give me one and say they are out when I ask if they could put some in a little cup from the shakers on the table and the manger was very rude and said no after spending that all that they couldn't do that will be the last time I feed my family from there

We were in town for the night and ordered food to go. The service was great, they were about to close, but they treated us so well. Food was good. We are headed that way this weekend and will eat here again! Great place to go since the choices around this area can be limited for dinner. A good variety of food -as my daughter is a vegetarian. This place had lots of choices.

Home made Shrimp Alfredo and Cheesecake Is The Best

Friendly folks serving up nice Italian comfort dishes plus a good variety of sandwiches, burgers, and such. Love the Super Steak & Cheese all the way!They might just have the best french fries in Reidsville...

New in town and ordered local pizza for the first time. Did carryout...2 pizzas, fried ravioli and desert. Pizzas, Carne Amore and Carmela's special, were gross, soooo soggy in the middle part of both pizzas! Pick up a slice and it breaks in half, leaving a pizza puddle on the plate. Messaged them on Facebook and they wanted us to bring pizzas back for new ones😑 Thinking they could have sent us new ones on there dime and time? Waste of $30😑The fried ravioli was pretty good. Haven't tried the dessert. Definitely not going back.

The food and service were excellent dine in available we had the entire restaurant to our selves. Calzones are amazing, fresh ingredients and they have that good ice for refreshments. The sauce the make is authentic, they are the best fine Italian restaurant in Reidsville.

Let me start out by saying that I enjoyed my lunch at Carmelas Pizza. It was a good choice. Judging by the way my stromboli was prepared and the black board menu choices I believe that the owner is working to give their customers a tasty meal. But when I drove up the exterior looks like the place is closed due to parking lot pavement and Landscaping issues. I would go back again because of the tasty Italian entrees.

Well we had terrible food the wings were awful,breadsticks had no garlic ask to speak to the manager he stated we cooked them fresh yesterday like it was no big deal never apologized or anything never will I eat there again.

First time customer.... Me, mother, and grandma ate here for lunch and loved it. My Italian sub was very good and my mother had stuffed shells. Everything was good the atmosphere was very clean and comfortable. Next time we will try their pizza

Nice place, reasonable price, good food

I ordered lasagna and it was amazing, the chicken parmesan my husband ordered was good as well. Our waitress did a great job! The cost is average for a sit down Italian restaurant. Well worth the money. I will definitely go back if i am in the area again.

Best pizza crust ever. Good food, good service, nice staff. Eat lunch every Wed.
